Amazing and favourable location just walking distance from a historical Romanesque church. Stylish building and rooms with great decoration. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was wonderful.

The room was well-equipped and had a historic character with medieval style. the hotel's central location is conveniently close to other tourist attractions in the old town. - Situated near a museum, a cathedral, and within walking distance to a fortified hilltop castle.

Location near other tourist attractions in the old town, Kraków and the center of the city. Also, in cave like basement.

A historical, beautiful accommodation with a view of the castle and one of the most beautiful streets of Krakow. A place where lovers can have a good time.

The employees were helpful and very attentive, and the rooms were exquisite, brand-new, with magnificent views of the castle.

Location perfect! Staff very friendly! Interior very adapted to the great architecture! Breakfast good, a bit factual in the service, as well as bar! But correct! The rest of the staff was very friendly! Restaurant excellent cuisine and very nice service!

Atmosphere, the location

The bathroom had no window. Ventilation in the room was not optimal because of the glazed atrium.

This place is centrally located and provides a great starting point to explore the city.

Sound echos in the central courtyard so it can be noisy in your room, thin pillows. Hot items are offered for breakfast, but they don't tell you about them, there's just a card on the table which makes you feel weird about asking.

Great and gorgeous location, within easy walking distance of a medieval Gothic gate tower. Found in a great part of the town. - Extremely spacious and huge rooms with a bath in the bathroom rather than a shower. - Nice restaurant located onsite.

The hotel has fabulous and absolutely amazing staff. It boasts a marvellous and stunning location in the Old Town district just off the main square, the castle, and the banks of the magnificent Vistula River.

Very good if you like old classic hotels

It must be explained to the guest that there is an excellent but small restaurant, which is not easy to find.

The hotel staff were terrific, especially the manager. When the hotel was all out of umbrellas, she offered me one from her office. Very hospitable and friendly.

The hotel offers a stunning underground pool and spa area in a red brick vault. The architecture is a beautiful blend of old and modern styles. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the castle and the old market. The staff is friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.
